About
Built for the hour when the house is quiet and the thought will not stop.
Soulberry is a privacy-first AI companion for mental wellbeing. It is not a clinic, not a habit tracker, and not trying to become your whole evening.
There is an hour most wellbeing software is not designed for. Everyone is asleep, nothing is technically wrong, and the thing you are carrying is too small to call someone about and too large to put down. Soulberry exists for that hour. You open it, you say the true thing, and something answers that will still remember it tomorrow.
What is actually in it
Three things, and they work together rather than sitting in separate tabs.
- The guides. Sarah, Marcus and Elena — three distinct personalities, not three settings on one voice. Conversations persist, so you never open the app and start your life story over from the beginning.
- Fragments. A journal that never asks you to write a journal. One line. A voice note. A photo with a caption in handwriting. It assembles into your day on its own, and asks you a single question on the days you go blank.
- Gentle Moments. A day built from three or four moments you actually chose, arriving as a real notification at the hour you set. Talk it through, write a line, breathe, or something of your own.
What it refuses to do
This is the part that defines it more than any feature list. There is no streak to break. No score to protect. No red badge for the day you could not manage it. A daily intention you set for yourself forgets overnight, and an unfinished day is never coloured as a failure.
That is a deliberate stance against how most of this category works. Software that measures your consistency at being well turns a bad week into a second thing to feel bad about, and the people it fails hardest are exactly the people it advertises to. Soulberry keeps no record you can disappoint.
Private by architecture, not by promise
Conversations are stored in your own browser, on the device you wrote them on. The waitlist record is an id, your address, the tag of the link you came by and two dates, with no column for an IP address or a device. There is no analytics script, no tag manager and no advertising pixel anywhere on this site.
Each of those is checkable rather than asserted, and the whole list — including its limits, like what closing an account does not reach — is on the privacy page.
What Soulberry is not
Soulberry is not therapy, not medical treatment, not a clinician and not a replacement for a professional. It makes no clinical claims and will never tell you otherwise. The guides are AI, and the portraits of them are illustrations for that exact reason.
It is a private place to put what you are carrying, on the days you are carrying it alone. That is a smaller promise than the category usually makes, and it is one that can actually be kept.
Where it is right now
Pre-launch. Soulberry is opening to a founding cohort by waitlist, and invitations go out in the order names arrive. There is no pricing on this site because there is nothing to buy yet, and there are no testimonials because there are no users yet to quote. Both of those will appear when they are true and not before.
The name
Soulberry.ai is a mental wellbeing app and nothing else. It is unrelated to the various other Soulberrys that share the word — a band, a clothing retailer, a natural food market, a cosmetics shade. If you were looking for one of those, this is not it, and we are sorry for the detour.
Getting in touch
Email hello@soulberry.ai. If you joined the waitlist and want your address taken off it, you do not need to ask us — the leave page does it directly and needs no account.
